How a project goes

Tell us your idea
Message us or book a session. Tell us the project and the producer you would like.

We agree it in writing
Project type, style, dates, delivery method and fees go into a short agreement you sign.

Deposit and start
A 50% deposit is paid before any studio work begins.

Delivery and revisions
Mastered tracks within 7 business days after production. Three rounds of revisions per track are included.

Final payment, you own it
When everything is paid, the masters belong to you.

Prices are in US dollars. Tracks beyond 25 in a mixing project, extra stems, alternate versions and extra file formats are quoted in writing before we start. Message us to confirm your total and how to pay.

Paying
Pay in full, or in up to three instalments: 50% deposit, 25%, then 25%.
The deposit is paid before work begins and is not refunded if you cancel close to the session.
Deferred or royalty-based deals are possible, written down and signed by both sides.

What you get
Mastered stereo files in WAV, 24-bit or higher.
Stems and multitrack session files, if you ask for them in your agreement.
Metadata and ISRC help, if you want it.
Delivery by Google Drive, WeTransfer, SwissTransfer or USB.

Ownership
You get full ownership of the masters once every payment is made.
Please do not release or share the files before the final payment.
Royalty arrangements are written in a separate signed addendum.

Your protection
Your songs and files stay confidential, on both sides.
We look after your files while we work. If we lose or damage something, we restore or re-record it at our cost.
We keep backups for 21 days after delivery. Longer storage can be arranged for a fee.
Please send your feedback within 7 business days, and confirm you received your files within 48 hours.
